Laser Technician

Duties

• Perform laser treatments including hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other esthetic laser procedures with precision and care.
• Assist clients in selecting appropriate treatments based on their individual needs and skin types.
• Maintain detailed records of treatments using salon software such as MINDBODY.
• Ensure all equipment is properly sanitized and maintained according to industry standards.
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and safety protocols to optimize results.
• Uphold sanitation standards and adhere to all safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Support retail sales efforts by recommending skincare products and treatment packages aligned with client needs.
• Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and technological advancements in laser therapy.

Experience

• Prior experience with esthetic laser treatments is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of salon software systems such as MINDBODY is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients.
• Background in cosmetology or related fields such as esthetics or skincare certification is required.
• Familiarity with sanitation protocols and safety procedures essential for maintaining a clean working environment.
