Laser Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Laser Technician to join our vibrant beauty and skincare team. $18-$20 per hour plus tips plus Percentage base

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and other aesthetic laser treatments with precision and care.
• Conduct facials, body waxing, waxing services, tinting services, and hair threading to enhance client satisfaction.
• Maintain strict sanitation procedures and adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, treatment options, and aftercare instructions to promote optimal results.
• Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software systems such as MINDBODY or similar platforms.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, answer questions, and build lasting relationships.
• Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and technological advancements in aesthetic laser procedures.

Experience

• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on skincare or cosmetic treatments.
• Hands-on experience performing laser hair removal, dermabrasion, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, facials, waxing services (including body waxing), tinting services, and skin treatments.
• Knowledge of salon software systems such as MINDBODY or equivalent for scheduling and client management.
• Strong understanding of sanitation procedures and safety standards related to esthetic laser treatments.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
• Certification or licensing in cosmetology or esthetician practices is preferred but not mandatory if relevant training has been completed.
• Ability to demonstrate professionalism while maintaining an energetic approach that motivates clients and team members alike.
