We're looking for a positive, reliable, and passionate Laser Therapist to join our Costa Mesa team. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves connecting with people, has a passion for health and wellness, and wants to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

What You'll Do

• Perform Class IV laser sessions following Healios safety standards and established protocols.
• Create a welcoming, professional, and comfortable experience for every client.
• Learn about each client's goals and tailor sessions according to approved protocols.
• Educate clients on laser therapy, session expectations, and recommended scheduling.
• Help clients reach their healing goals with your knowledge, recommendations, and team approach.
• Maintain accurate client notes, scheduling, and session documentation.
• Assist with appointment bookings, client communication, and daily clinic operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment.
• Build meaningful client relationships and help create a positive, supportive atmosphere.

Required Schedule

We're looking for someone who can consistently work 4+ shifts per week, including one weekend shift.

• Monday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
• Thursday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
• Saturday: 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM &/OR
• Sunday: Flexible availability, approximately 4+ hours

Approximately 18+ hours per week, depending on weekend scheduling.

Consistent availability and reliability are essential.

• Comfortable learning new technology and following detailed safety protocols.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of the client experience.
• Experience in wellness, fitness, physical therapy, chiropractic, or a related field.
