Laser Technician, Emerald Laser

Phoenix Wellness offers a new and innovative approach to weight loss. Part of Phoenix Recovery in Brookvale, our mission is to help people restore and reclaim their health. As our Laser Technician, you will be the welcoming face of the clinic, delivering Emerald Laser treatments and guiding clients through their wellbeing goals with the Styku 3D body Composition scan.

What you will do:

-Welcome clients and deliver laser treatments: Greet every client warmly and provide their Emerald Laser treatment safely and confidently.

-Perform the Styku Body Composition Scan: Scan new clients and explain their results in clear, encouraging language

-Set goals and check in weekly: Help clients set realistic goals and hold weekly progress check-ins to keep them on track.

-Grow our client base: Develop new clients and follow up on leads.

-Support promotion and marketing: Contribute ideas and help deliver promotional and marketing strategies for the clinic.

-Learn and teach the equipment: Complete training on the equipment provided, and be able to explain how it works to clients.

-Keep the treatment room immaculate: Maintain the room so it is always clean, tidy and welcoming

About you

-No prior experience needed. We will train you.

-Some understanding of health, wellbeing and diet management is ideal.

-Warm, approachable and confident talking with people about their goals.

-Comfortable following up with leads and building client relationships.

-Reliable, presentable and takes pride in a clean workspace

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
