Laser welding Operater

Machine Setup & Operation: Set up, adjust, and operate manual or automated laser welding machines (e.g., Fiber Laser, CO2 Laser, or Robotic Laser Systems). ​Blue Reading & Inspection: Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine weld locations, tolerances, and sequences. ​Parameter Adjustment: Fine-tune laser power, speed, focal distance, shielding gas flow, and pulse settings based on material thickness and type (e.g., Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Mild Steel). ​Quality Control: Inspect finished welded parts using visual methods, gauges, micrometers, or non-destructive testing (NDT) to ensure seam precision and structural integrity. ​Fixturing & Jig Setup: Align, fit, and secure components into jigs or fixtures prior to welding to prevent distortion. ​Routine Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning, lens/nozzle inspections, and basic preventative maintenance on laser welding equipment. ​Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to industrial safety guidelines, including the use of proper laser safety eyewear and protective gear

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
