Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and energetic Lash Artist to join our dynamic beauty team! In this role, you will specialize in enhancing clients’ natural beauty through expert eyelash extension application, as well as providing a range of aesthetic treatments. Duties

• Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring safety and client satisfaction
• Perform complementary aesthetic treatments such as eyebrow shaping, tinting, and lash lifts
• Educate clients on lash aftercare and product recommendations to promote long-lasting results
• Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software like Millennium or similar platforms
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all treatments and work areas
• Engage with clients through personalized consultations to understand their beauty goals
• Promote retail products and upsell services to enhance client experience and salon revenue

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Lash Artist or in the beauty industry with a focus on eyelash extensions
• Knowledge of esthetic laser treatments, botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic procedures is a plus
• Strong communication skills to effectively connect with clients and team members
• Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY
• Ability to perform hair threading, body waxing, nail care, makeup application, and hair styling is desirable
• Certification or licensing in cosmetology, esthetics, nursing, or related fields preferred
• Excellent sanitation practices and attention to detail to ensure client safety and satisfaction

Pay: $200.00 - $1,200.00 per week
