Lash Artist (Part-time)

Local lash and brow studio in Fishers is growing and looking for a Part-time Lash Artist that can grow into a Full-time position. We are looking for lash artists that have a passion for beauty and attention to detail that will help clients feel confident and radiant. In this energetic role, you will specialize in enhancing natural beauty through expert eyelash extension application, eyelash lifts, and other cosmetic treatments. We are committed to providing a vibrant, supportive environment that encourages creativity, skill development, and exceptional guest experiences. We are currently looking for someone that has availability to work Thurs-Saturdays is preferred. This position offers the opportunity to grow your expertise in a fast-paced, trend-driven industry while delivering top-tier customer service.

Duties:

• Perform eyelash extension applications sets/fills, lifts, and other lash enhancement services with precision and care.
• Able to service up to 4–8 clients per day in classic, hybrid, volume lash extensions, and lash lifts.
• Checking clients in and out, conducting custom consultations to understand their desired look and recommend suitable treatments
• Rebooking clients and making future appointments in studio software
• Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures and aftercare instructions.
• Sales: Up-selling luxury beauty services and retail products.
• Studio Care: Sanitizing work surfaces, and equipment. Maintaining the cleanliness of the studio. Maintain strict sanitation protocols in accordance with health regulations to ensure client safety.
• A self starter that can promote their work on social media to help build your book of business
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best.
