We are now hiring for Fall 2026! We are looking for Estheticians and Cosmetologists who are:

• Licensed Wisconsin Estheticians or Cosmetologists
• Passionate about creating stunning lash extensions
• Ready to be part of an exciting new journey
• Available to start Fall 2026 (paid training begins your first day on the floor!)

What You'll Do

• Provide services with our "Gold Standard" of customer care
• Conduct personalized guest consultations to ensure their vision is met
• Expertly apply lash extensions, lifts, tinting, threading, and more
• Educate guests on our services, products, and memberships
• Build a loyal guest base and promote salon offerings
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols
• Collaborate with the team to uphold our luxurious salon image

HOURS & SCHEDULE Salon Hours

• Tuesday–Thursday: 10am–7pm
• Friday–Saturday: 9am–4pm
• Sunday and Monday: Closed

Shifts Include

• 8-hour shifts
• Day and evening options

What We Do The Lash Lounge is a world-class destination for semi-permanent eyelash extensions. We offer a complete menu of services, including eyelash extensions, refills, threading and more. When women visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can step out and face the world with confidence.
