Duties

• Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience for each client
• Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable lash styles and lengths
• Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace in compliance with health regulations and salon standards
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and feedback professionally
• Assist at the front desk by scheduling appointments, managing client check-ins, and processing payments
• Promote retail sales of lash care products and other beauty accessories through friendly upselling techniques
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth referrals

Qualifications

• Proven experience in applying eyelash extensions or similar beauty treatments
• Must be certified
• Strong communication skills to effectively listen to clients’ needs and explain procedures clearly
• Ability to perform detailed work with steady hands and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Basic retail sales experience and comfort upselling products or services
• Knowledge of health and safety standards related to beauty treatments
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a professional appearance
