Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash extension applications, lash lifts, and tinting with precision and care to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols to uphold health standards across all procedures.
• Engage with clients through effective communication to understand their beauty goals and recommend suitable services or products.
• Manage appointments efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY, ensuring a smooth client flow.
• Promote retail sales by demonstrating product demos and upselling skincare, lash care products, and other beauty essentials.
• Stay current with industry trends in lash artistry, esthetic treatments, and advanced techniques like tattooing or body waxing to continually elevate service quality.
• Assist with front desk duties including guest check-ins, scheduling, and providing exceptional guest services that foster loyalty.

Experience

• Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a Lash Technician or esthetician with expertise in eyelash extensions and related treatments.
• Knowledge of management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for appointment scheduling and client records.
• Familiarity with salon software platforms for retail sales tracking and client management.
• Hands-on experience with advanced aesthetic procedures including Botox (botulinum toxin), dermal fillers, chemical peels, dermabrasion, laser treatments, and hair threading or extensions is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients about their beauty needs.
• Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation while performing multiple treatments in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills combined with a lively personality to create an inviting atmosphere for guests.

You must have a Lash Technician certificate and or esthetician license with experience in Lashes.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 20.0 per week
