Position Overview
We’re looking for a professional, detail-oriented, and fast Lash Technician to join our team. You’ll start part-time with the potential to grow into a full-time position.

The ideal candidate is experienced, consistent, and able to deliver complete lash sets efficiently and beautifully.

We’re looking for lash artists who:

• Achieve 100% lash coverage with clean, precise work.
• Work efficiently within set time goals:
• Classic: 1 hr 15 min
• Hybrid: 1 hr 30 min
• Volume: 2 hr
• Maintain professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and team-minded attitude.
• Are available on evenings and weekends (non-negotiable).

Responsibilities

• Perform exceptional lash extension services tailored to each client’s needs.
• Consult with clients to design lash looks that suit their eye shape and preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at your station and throughout the salon.
• Assist with general salon upkeep — disinfecting tools, tidying shared areas, laundry, restocking supplies, and ensuring a professional presentation.
• Greet clients and support front-of-house duties when needed (booking, check-ins, etc.).
• Educate clients on lash maintenance and aftercare.
• Stay updated on trends, techniques, and lash products to keep your artistry sharp.
• Contribute to a positive and empowering workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Lash Technician with a clean, polished portfolio.
• Certification in lash extension application (preferred).
• Skilled in classic, hybrid, and volume techniques.
• Excellent time management — fast, detailed, and consistent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and professional safety standards.
• Able to work evenings and weekends as required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.95-$37.00 per hour
