Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash extension applications with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring safety and comfort for each client
• Consult with clients to understand their desired lash styles, providing professional recommendations tailored to their eye shape and lifestyle
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards, adhering to industry regulations for all tools and workspaces
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently using salon software GlossGenius, optimizing client flow and experience
• Educate clients on lash aftercare, product recommendations, and maintenance routines to promote long-lasting results
• Upsell complementary beauty services including brow shaping, lash lifts, or other aesthetic treatments to enhance client satisfaction
• Stay current with the latest trends in lash artistry, cosmetic procedures like dermal fillers or botulinum toxin treatments, and industry best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience working in the beauty industry, particularly with eyelash extensions or related aesthetic treatments
• Certification or licensing in cosmetology, esthetician services, or nursing with training in eyelash extension application
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and proper sterilization techniques for tools and work areas
• Strong communication skills to effectively consult with clients and explain treatment options clearly
• Familiarity with salon management software GlossGenius for scheduling and client records management
• Ability to perform detailed work while maintaining a lively, positive attitude that energizes clients and colleagues alike
• Additional skills in management, retail sales, social media management, body waxing, hair styling or extensions are considered valuable assets
