Lash Technician/Esthetician

Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash extension applications, ensuring precise placement and natural-looking results while maintaining strict sanitation standards.
• Deliver a variety of aesthetic treatments such as chemical peels, dermabrasion, custom facials, dermaplaning, eyebrow waxing/shaping/lamination, and lash lift/tint to enhance clients’ appearance.
• Provide comprehensive client consultations to recommend suitable treatments based on individual needs and skin types.
• Manage appointment scheduling using salon software Vagaro, ensuring efficient flow of client bookings.
• Educate clients on aftercare procedures, product usage, and available retail options to maximize treatment benefits.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in compliance with health regulations; perform sanitation procedures after each service.
• Assist with retail sales by demonstrating products during demos and upselling relevant skincare or beauty products to enhance client satisfaction as appropriate.

Skills

• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in eyelash extensions, esthetic laser treatments, chemical peels, dermabrasion, facials, etc.
• Familiarity with medical spa procedures such as Botox injections, facial treatments, body waxing, and relaxation massage is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients, understand their goals, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple appointments efficiently using salon management software like Vagaro.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that fosters client loyalty and satisfaction.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards to ensure a hygienic environment for clients and staff alike.
• Experience with social media management for promoting services or products is a plus; ability to assist with product demos and retail sales strategies.
