Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Last Mile Delivery Driver - Owner Operator to join our team. This role involves delivering packages directly to customers using your personal vehicle, ensuring timely and efficient service. The ideal candidate will be dependable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent customer experiences. Previous delivery experience is a plus but not required, as we value a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. This position offers flexible hours with a minimum commitment of 25 hours per week, and opportunities for backup rescue driving when needed. We prioritize taking care of our drivers and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate your personal vehicle to deliver packages to customers in a timely manner.
• Follow scheduled delivery routes and maintain accurate delivery records.
• Assist with warehouse operations as needed, including package sorting and organization.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance at all times.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members regarding delivery status or issues.
• Uphold safety standards and company policies during all aspects of delivery operations.
• Be dependable, punctual, and committed to meeting scheduled hours, including working a minimum of 25 hours weekly.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Personal vehicle suitable for delivery purposes.
• Valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance coverage.
• Dependability, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
• Availability to work at least 25 hours per week; flexibility for short-notice backup shifts preferred.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively with the team.
• Previous delivery experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
