Rohlik Group

At Rohlik, we grow fast — and that growth only works when operations, processes and people move together. Now we're launching a brand-new, highly automated fulfillment center, and that creates a rare opportunity: to join a site from the very beginning and help shape how it works from day one. We're looking for a Last Mile Operations Manager who will lead the last mile team, manage a team of Area Managers to drive high performance, and help turn a new building into a high-performing operation. This is the kind of role where you don't inherit years of legacy. You help build the setup, influence the standards, and leave a visible footprint from the start.

You'll work at the intersection of leadership, delivery performance, customer experience and continuous improvement.

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams like Transport, OpEx, HR, IT, and Automation to solve live challenges.

Work with cross-functional teams (Transport, OpEx, HR, IT, Automation) to solve live challenges and align resources

Monitor delivery KPIs, conduct root-cause analyses, and champion a continuous improvement culture

Support implementation of new processes, tools and routing/dispatch systems across last mile operations

Drive standardisation, safety compliance and best-practice adoption in a new operational environment

Support operations during peak periods, weekends and holidays with hands-on problem-solving

Build an environment with stronger standards, better processes and an engaging, high-energy culture from Day 1

Strong analytical mindset, data-driven decision-making and problem-solving approach

Excellent communication, coordination and leadership skills

Proficiency in English, and conversational-level Czech

Availability to work regular business hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays to support operational needs

Nice To Have

University degree or MBA in a related field

Experience with Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies

Experience with routing/dispatch systems, fleet management tools and high-volume delivery operations
