Lathe Machine Operator

Falcon Core Industries is seeking a skilled Lathe Machine Operator to operate and maintain lathe machines for machining metal components as per engineering drawings and specifications while ensuring quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate conventional lathe machines to manufacture and repair components.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, dimensions, and specifications.
• Set up machines, select cutting tools, and adjust machine parameters.
• Perform threading, facing, drilling, boring, and turning operations.
• Inspect finished products using measuring instruments to ensure quality.
• Conduct routine machine maintenance and report any faults.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain housekeeping standards.

Requirements:

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Machinist Trade.
• Minimum 3 years of experience operating conventional lathe machines in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring tools.
• Knowledge of machining processes, tolerances, and metalworking techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
