Job Title: Lathe Machine Operator

Reports to: Production Supervisor/Manager

Department: Manufacturing/Production

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Lathe Machine Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining lathe machines to produce high-quality products, ensuring efficiency, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

· Operational Tasks: Operate lathe machines to produce precision parts and components. Set up and adjust machines to meet production requirements. Monitor machine performance and adjust as needed. Perform routine maintenance tasks (e.g., cleaning, lubricating). Troubleshoot machine issues and report to supervisors.

· Quality Control: Inspect products for quality and precision. Measure and verify product dimensions. Identify and report defects or irregularities.

· Safety and Housekeeping: Follow safety protocols and regulations. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Report hazards or safety concerns.

· Productivity and Efficiency: Meet production targets and deadlines. Optimize machine usage and minimize downtime. Suggest improvements to increase productivity.

Requirements:

· Having previous experience in jewellery industry or near by Sitapur area will be preferable.

· 2-4 years of experience operating lathe machines.

· Required a bachelor's degree or diploma.

· Basic math and measurement skills.

· Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

· Machine operation and maintenance. Quality control and inspection. Safety protocols and procedures.

· Problem-solving and troubleshooting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
