Lathe Machine Operator

We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Lathe Machine Operator to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a conventional lathe machine for the repair, maintenance, and machining of generator and industrial equipment components.

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or Vocational/Technical course graduate.
• With experience operating a conventional lathe machine (non-CNC) is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in machining operations, measuring tools, and basic machine maintenance.
• Able to read and interpret basic technical drawings and measurements.
• Willing to perform hands-on work and learn new skills.
• Hardworking, responsible, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday.
• Willing to work in Ugong, Valenzuela City.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate conventional lathe machines to fabricate, repair, and modify metal components.
• Perform turning, facing, threading, and other basic machining operations.
• Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of machines and work areas.
• Follow safety procedures and instructions from the immediate supervisor.
