Launch Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of seat manufacturing projects
• Preparation and management of production-related changes (change management)
• Tracking and supporting item number changes
• BOM management and audit support
• Implement customer and engineering related changes in Lear tools
• Daily communication with partner areas and headquarters
• Preparing reports to management

Experience Requirements

• University degree.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial, or launch engineering.
• Proficiency in Hungarian and English or German (written and spoken).
• Computer skills / MS Office
• Previous knowledge of VDA 6.3 and IATF 16949
• Change management experience
• Excellent organizational skills, proactivity
• Confident demeanor, good communication skills
