Launch Manager (m/f)

FRAENKISCHE INDUSTRIAL PIPES MAROC is looking for a Launch Manager to drive the local implementation of nominated projects — from nomination to SOP (Start of Production) and start-up stabilization — in close coordination with our parent company (headquarters) and cross-functional plant teams. 🌍

🎯 YOUR MISSION

Locally implement nominated projects from nomination to SOP and start-up stabilization: execute defined launch work packages and ensure the readiness of tooling, shopfloor and deliverables in line with Quality / Cost / Time targets, coordinating continuously with our headquarters and the BU Project Management lead.

⚙️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

🔹 Execute assigned local launch work packages across technologies: Extrusion, Thermoforming, Injection Molding, Assembly and Automation

🔹 Support production floor preparation (layout, workplaces, utilities readiness) and coordinate line/area readiness actions with Production, Maintenance, Automation and Engineering

🔹 Coordinate tooling order release follow-up and tooling preparation; track delivery dates and readiness 🛠️

🔹 Maintain action lists, support milestone tracking 📊, and update progress and evidence of completion; provide timely status updates and escalate deviations to the local lead

🔹 Support completion of assigned industrialization deliverables (readiness checklists, acceptance evidence, PFMEA action implementation evidence) ✅

🔹 Support preparation and execution of Run@Rate activities and capacity confirmation 📈

🔹 Track supplier deadlines and logistics for tooling/equipment; support supplier visits and activities at plant level 🚚

🔹 Track tooling/machine-related costs vs. plan 💰; maintain cost records and provide updates to the Senior/Lead Launch Manager

🔹 Support material & logistics readiness (start-up material availability, packaging readiness, internal material flow) 📦 and track open points

🔹 Ensure documentation readiness (work instructions, checklists, parameter handover, maintenance documents) 📑

💼 YOUR PROFILE

🎓 Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Process or a related field)

🏭 Experience in project management, industrialization or launch management within a manufacturing environment; knowledge of plastics processing technologies (extrusion, thermoforming, injection molding) is a strong asset 🇬🇧 Fluent English is MANDATORY — you will coordinate projects on a daily basis with our parent company in Germany 🇩🇪 (French and German are an asset)

🤝 Strong organizational, communication and reporting skills; structured, proactive and hands-on mindset
