Launch Project Management Advanced Engineer

Trouble free launch of new products in line with predefined targets about own projects.

• Support other project engineers and assist department manager for team improvement and management.
• Set up and follow up project planning, timely execution of APDS tasks addressed to the plant
• Animation of a cross-functional team supporting the project in the plant
• Interface with development/sales/purchasing teams in China and/or overseas
• Plant readiness including all required manufacturing resources (lines, machines, molds, gauges, procurement, human resources, documentation…)
• Trouble-free product or process transfers from oversea operations to China,
• Good project hand-over with production,
• Lead the customer delivery before SOP, DV and PV parts building, etc
