Laundromat Attendant

RK Washateria is looking for a reliable, friendly, and hardworking Laundry Attendant / Customer Service Associate to join our team. This position includes helping customers, keeping the store clean, and handling wash-dry-fold laundry orders.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide friendly customer service

• Assist customers with washers, dryers, payment machines, and general questions

• Wash, dry, fold, bag, and organize customer laundry orders

• Follow wash-dry-fold instructions carefully

• Keep the laundromat clean, organized, and presentable

• Sweep, mop, wipe down machines, clean folding tables, and empty trash

• Clean restrooms and common areas throughout the shift

• Check washers and dryers to make sure they are working properly

• Report machine issues, customer concerns, or maintenance problems to management

• Help keep supplies stocked and organized

• Handle customer orders with care and attention to detail

• Maintain a professional and positive attitude while working with customers and team members

Requirements:

• Must be reliable and show up on time

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and move during the shift

• Must be able to lift laundry bags when needed

• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Must have good customer service skills

• Must be able to follow instructions and pay attention to detail

• Previous laundry, cleaning, or customer service experience is a plus but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
