Lions Gate CCRC is seeking reliable and hardworking Laundry Aides to join our Healthcare team. We are hiring for full-time positions on both day and evening shifts.

Available Full-Time Shifts

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Full-Time Union Position

Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute resident and facility laundry
• Properly handle and process soiled and clean linens
• Ensure clean laundry is returned to the appropriate resident or department
• Operate commercial laundry equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain an organized, clean, and sanitary laundry area
• Follow established infection control and safety procedures
• Assist with maintaining adequate linen and clothing supplies throughout the Healthcare facility
• Identify and report damaged or missing clothing and linens as needed
• Work cooperatively with nursing, housekeeping, and other departments
• Perform other laundry-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous laundry, housekeeping, environmental services, or healthcare experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Must be able to follow safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures
• Experience working in a healthcare or senior living environment is a plus
