Laundry Aide (Full-time)

Laundry Aide Join Our Team at Fairport Rehab & Nursing Center At Fairport Rehab & Nursing Center, we provide a personalized level of care to area seniors through services and communities across our continuum of care including, independent senior living, assisted living, rehabilitation services, skilled nursing and community based services. Responsibilities:

• Assist with the operation of industrial washing and drying machines, as well as folding and ironing of linens and patient clothing
• Ensure high levels of cleanliness and sanitation in the laundry area, including the handling and storage of soiled linens and laundry equipment
• Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient and effective laundry operations
• Maintain accurate records of laundry processing, including inventory management and tracking
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Director of Environmental Services

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Availability to work evening shifts

What We Offer:

• Compensation and Schedule:

Pay $16.25 per hour

Available Shifts: Day (7:00am – 3:00pm)

Schedule Options: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

Weekend Availability: Every other weekend Requirment
