The Alba Aged Care Suites is a purpose-built 128-bed residential aged care community located in South Melbourne, VIC 3205. Delivering care through Australian Unity's Better Together® model, The Alba combines exceptional clinical care with a premium living environment designed to support residents' wellbeing, independence and quality of life.

The Alba has been thoughtfully designed across eleven levels and features premium communal spaces, private dining experiences and a unique household model that promotes meaningful relationships, dignity and choice for residents.

Your New Role:
As a Laundry Assistant, you will provide support that enhances our residents' wellbeing, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.

This is a permanent part-time opportunity, with fixed shifts available on Thursday and Friday across morning, afternoon and night shifts.

What your new role looks like:

• Providing a range of laundry services for both residents' personal laundry as well as laundry for the Aged Care Facility
• Building and maintaining strong relationships within our team, with our customers and family members
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
• Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive

Does this sound like you?

• Good verbal and written English skills
• Experience working within a laundry service is highly regarded
• Availability to work Thursday and Friday
• Fully vaccinated for Influenza and COVID-19 (2 doses)
