Duties

• Operate laundry machines such as washers, dryers, and specialty cleaning equipment with precision and care.
• Sort, load, and unload laundry items efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Perform dry cleaning processes for delicate fabrics requiring specialized treatment.
• Ensure all linens, uniforms, and textiles are cleaned, pressed, folded, and stored properly.
• Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas by adhering to sanitation and safety protocols.
• Assist with inventory management of laundry supplies and report shortages or issues promptly.
• Follow established procedures for stain removal, fabric care, and equipment maintenance to maximize efficiency.

Requirements

• Previous experience in laundry operations or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of laundry techniques including washing, drying, folding, and dry cleaning processes.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to operate laundry machinery safely and effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends or holidays as needed.
• Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads when necessary.
