Laundromat Attendant – Full-Service & Self-Service Laundry

We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and hardworking Laundromat Attendant to join our team. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, keeping the facility clean and organized, and accurately completing wash-and-fold orders.

Our laundromat offers both self-service laundry and full-service wash-and-fold, so this is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying busy and helping customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Assist customers with questions about washers, dryers, and services
• Process wash-and-fold orders accurately and efficiently
• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and package customer laundry
• Keep the laundromat clean, organized, and presentable
• Clean washers, dryers, floors, restrooms, and other areas as needed
• Empty trash and maintain a clean environment throughout the shift
• Monitor machines and report equipment problems or maintenance issues
• Handle customer payments and transactions accurately
• Restock laundry supplies and other necessary items
• Follow company procedures for handling and labeling customer laundry
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude
• Help create a clean, welcoming experience for every customer

• Friendly and comfortable working with customers
• Able to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision
• Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable handling and organizing customer clothing and laundry
• Previous laundromat, laundry, housekeeping, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 45.0 per week
