We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Housekeeping, Laundry, and Supervisor to lead our cleaning and sanitation operations. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate all housekeeping and laundry staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and sanitation procedures aligned with safety regulations and industry standards
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, laundry facilities, and other designated spaces to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, equipment use, safety procedures, and customer service expectations
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, detergents, and other materials; place orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations
• Enforce safety regulations and sanitation practices to promote a safe working environment for all team members
• Address guest or client concerns promptly with professionalism and a focus on service excellence

Skills

• Proven experience in custodial work, commercial cleaning, or hotel housekeeping management with a strong focus on sanitation and safety regulations
• Demonstrated staff supervision and team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams effectively
• Excellent managerial communication skills for training staff, coordinating tasks, and resolving issues efficiently
• Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques, janitorial best practices, and laundry operations within hospitality or healthcare settings
• Ability to implement cleaning & sanitation management protocols that meet industry standards for hygiene and safety
• Leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
• Exceptional customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction through attentive oversight of cleanliness standards
