Overview

InterAction24 is hiring reliable, customer-focused Laundry Attendants for a growing laundromat company with multiple locations across the Miami area. This is a full-time, in-person role with consistent hours and set shifts in a clean, well-run store.

This is an active, hands-on job. You will be on your feet, moving, cleaning, and helping customers for most of your shift. If you take pride in keeping a space clean and you enjoy working with people, you will do well here.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful customer service throughout your shift
• Process customer orders through the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Receive, wash, dry, fold, and package Wash & Fold orders with care
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized at all times
• Monitor washers and dryers and report machine or facility issues promptly
• Assist customers with operating the machines and resolve basic concerns
• Handle a limited amount of cash and complete basic shift-closing procedures

Schedule
Wednesday to Sunday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Weekend availability is required. This store is busier Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

What we need

• Bilingual English and Spanish
• Able to show up on time for every shift
• Comfortable on your feet and lifting about 25–30 lbs
• 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States
• Laundry, hotel, retail, or cashier experience is a plus, not required

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
