Responsibilities

• Operate laundry machines washers and dryers.
• Handle materials safely using push carts and manual handling techniques to transport laundry items efficiently across the facility.
• Perform heavy lifting tasks while adhering to safety protocols to prevent injuries during linen movement or bulk laundry processing.
• Maintain cleanliness standards by sanitizing work areas, equipment, and linen storage spaces according to safety standards in production.
• Assist with general housekeeping duties as needed to support overall cleanliness of the facility.

Experience

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or laundry services is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices, safety standards in production environments, and proper handling of laundry detergents is beneficial.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and materials handling with push carts or other equipment.
• Basic math skills are helpful for managing inventory counts or processing laundry loads accurately.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude towards guest interactions are highly valued.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 35.0 per week
