At Tucker House, we believe that every detail matters when it comes to resident comfort and dignity. Our Laundry Aides play a vital role in ensuring residents always have fresh, clean linens and clothing in a warm, home-like environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens, towels, and personal clothing.
• Operate and maintain commercial laundry equipment safely.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures at all times.
• Inspect items for wear, damage, or stains and report as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.
• Handle residents’ personal items with care and respect.

Qualifications:

• Previous laundry or housekeeping experience preferred (not required - we provide training).
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
