- Control departmental expenses and minimize waste.
- Inspect laundry quality and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and arrange repairs when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Prepare departmental reports, including productivity, inventory, and expenses.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Work closely with housekeeping, operations, and other departments to meet service requirements.
