ABOUT THE ROLE

A distinguished VVIP family in Dubai Hills is seeking an experienced and well-mannered Laundry Manager to oversee all laundry, garment care and linen operations within the residence. The ideal candidate brings a refined understanding of luxury fabrics, maintains the highest standards of discretion, and leads the laundry team with professionalism and care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the complete laundry operations of the household, including washing, dry cleaning coordination, ironing, pressing and folding
• Handle and care for designer garments, couture pieces, silks, cashmere and other delicate fabrics to the highest standard
• Lead, train and supervise a team of 3 laundry staff, assigning daily duties and ensuring quality and timeliness
• Maintain the family’s wardrobes, ensuring garments are organized, stored correctly and ready for use
• Oversee care of household linens, including bedding, towels and table linens
• Apply advanced stain removal techniques appropriate to each fabric type
• Manage inventory of linens, garments and laundry supplies, and coordinate replenishment
• Liaise with approved external dry cleaners and tailors for specialized care and alterations
• Ensure laundry equipment is operated safely and maintained in good condition
• Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion regarding the family’s privacy and belongings

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 10 years of experience in laundry management, preferably in VVIP or royal households or 5-star hotels
• Expert knowledge of fabric care, garment labels and luxury clothing handling
• Proven experience leading and training a team
• Well-mannered, discreet, polished and highly presentable
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage
• Flexible and willing to accommodate the family’s schedule when required
• Available to join immediately

WHAT IS OFFERED

• Salary of AED 8,000 per month
