Laundry Officers

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Personnel to join our hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation for all hotel linens, guest laundry, and staff uniforms. This position plays a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction and supporting the smooth operation of hotel services.

Key Responsibilities Collect, sort, and process soiled linens, towels, uniforms, and guest laundry in a timely and efficient manner.

Operate industrial washing machines, dryers, and pressing equipment in accordance with hotel safety and operational standards.

Treat stains and inspect items for damage before and after cleaning, reporting any issues to the supervisor.

Fold, stack, and store cleaned items neatly and deliver them to the appropriate departments.

Maintain proper inventory of linens and laundry supplies, notifying management when stock is low.

Ensure that the laundry area is kept clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.

Assist with special requests from guests or other departments related to laundry services.

Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure excellent guest experience.

Qualifications & Skills Minimum of [1-2] years of experience in laundry operations, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.

Ability to safely operate and maintain laundry equipment.

Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to cleanliness and quality service.

Good physical stamina – ability to lift, carry, bend, and stand for extended periods.

Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Team player with effective communication abilities.

Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
