In this lively role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the laundry process, ensuring all linens, towels, and uniforms are impeccably cleaned, pressed, and ready for use. This role is for 4 evenings per week only. Between the hours of 6:00pm - 10:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Operate laundry machinery such as washers, dryers, and pressing equipment with precision and care
• Sort, load, and unload laundry items efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
• Inspect linens and garments for stains or damage, ensuring only high-quality items are returned for use
• Follow established cleaning schedules to maintain hygiene standards across all laundry operations
• Maintain accurate records of laundry loads processed and monitor inventory levels of supplies
• Collaborate with housekeeping or hotel staff to prioritize urgent laundry needs and special requests
• Ensure the laundry area remains clean, organized, and safe at all times

Skills

• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality laundry environment is highly desirable
• Ability to operate laundry equipment safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control
• Good physical stamina for standing, lifting, and moving heavy loads throughout shifts
• Excellent time management skills to meet daily deadlines
• Clear communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively
