Job Description

We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and motivated Laundry Operators to join our busy laundry team.

Our company provides laundry services to the aviation and hospitality industries, maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Sorting, washing, drying, folding, and packing laundry items.
• Operating industrial laundry equipment safely.
• Checking laundry quality and maintaining high standards.
• Keeping the workplace clean and organised.
• Following health and safety procedures.
• Meeting daily production targets.
• Working efficiently as part of a team.

Working Hours and Shift Pattern

• Full-time, permanent position – 40 hours per week.
• Day shifts on a rotating rota, Monday to Sunday.
• Weekend and bank holiday availability required.
• Shift allocation based on operational requirements.

Important: Full flexibility is essential. Applicants must be available to work any day from Monday to Sunday, including weekends and bank holidays.

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail.
• Previous laundry experience preferred but not essential.
• Full flexibility with working days is required.
