Your Role

You will be responsible for the daily laundry operations and ensuring every customer order is handled with care and completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store opening and closing
• Receive and process customer laundry orders
• Handle washing, drying, ironing, folding and packaging
• Register and update orders and sales in the system
• Check garments for fabric type, stains and special care requirements
• Select the appropriate cleaning method for different garments
• Sort laundry by color, fabric, cleaning method and level of dirt
• Inspect finished garments to ensure good quality
• Maintain a clean, neat and organized work area
• Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Complete all orders according to the required timeline and quality standards

We're looking for

• Responsible, hardworking and proactive
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Good problem-solving and stress-management skills
• Comfortable using mobile apps, PC, email, Excel and Word
• Basic knowledge of laundry, ironing and garment care
• Previous laundry or garment-care experience is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,200.00 per month

Work Location: In person
