Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Laundry Pressman to join our hotel team. The candidate will be responsible for pressing, ironing, finishing, and handling hotel linen, uniforms, and guest laundry while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate industrial pressing, ironing, and finishing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Press and finish bed linen, towels, uniforms, restaurant linen, and other hotel textiles.
• Inspect garments and linen for stains, damage, wrinkles, or quality issues before and after pressing.
• Follow proper temperature and equipment settings according to fabric type.
• Ensure all items are properly folded, finished, sorted, and prepared for delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry and pressing area.
• Report damaged or defective equipment and linen to the Laundry Supervisor.
• Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and laundry operating procedures.
• Support other laundry operations as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Laundry Pressman in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Previous experience in a hotel laundry operation is preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial laundry and pressing equipment.
• Good understanding of different fabrics and appropriate pressing methods.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Hotel experience with exposure to high-volume laundry operations.
• Team-oriented, reliable, and disciplined.
• Good understanding of hotel linen and uniform standards.
• UAE-based candidates are preferred.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,200.00 per month
