Laundry Supervisor

Supervise daily laundry and dry cleaning operations, guarantee the quality and processing times of hotel and customer linen, under the responsibility of the Laundry Manager.

Main Missions:

• Participate in the deep cleaning and organization of the Laundry.
• Contribute to the implementation of sorting, washing, drying, ironing and folding procedures.
• Participate in testing laundry equipment before opening.
• Contribute to the organization of the clean linen / dirty linen circuits.
• Supervise and coordinate the daily work of the Laundry Attendants.
• Control the quality and processing times of hotel linen and customer linen.
• Manage processing priorities (room linen, F&B, uniforms, customer dry cleaning).
• Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and report any maintenance needs.
• Monitor stocks of laundry products and consumables.
• Train, supervise and evaluate the laundry team.
• Report to the Laundry Manager on the activity and any discrepancies observed.

Desired Candidate Profile

Technical training in laundry or equivalent.

Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in laundry, ideally in the hotel industry.

Knowledge of industrial laundry equipment.

Rigour, a sense of organisation and attention to detail.

Ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
