Laundry Technician

The Laundry Technician is responsible for the efficient and professional operation of laundry equipment and processes, ensuring that garments are washed, dried, ironed, finished, packed, and handled according to Bumble Wash quality standards.

The role requires strong attention to detail, proper handling of different fabrics, equipment discipline, hygiene awareness, and a commitment to delivering consistently high-quality laundry services.

Laundry Equipment Operation

• Operate washing machines, dryers, steam irons, pressing equipment, and other laundry machinery safely and efficiently.
• Follow prescribed machine settings for different types of garments and fabrics.
• Conduct basic daily checks of laundry equipment.
• Keep machines clean and report any unusual noise, vibration, leakage, malfunction, or breakdown immediately.
• Ensure machines are not overloaded or operated beyond recommended capacity.
• Follow all equipment safety and operating procedures.

Laundry Machine Installation & Commissioning

• Assist in the installation and commissioning of commercial washing machines, dryers, hydro extractors, steam irons, and other laundry equipment.
• Ensure machines are positioned correctly according to the approved layout and manufacturer specifications.
• Assist with electrical, water inlet, drainage, ventilation, and other utility connections as required.
• Check machine levelling, alignment, and stability before operation.
• Conduct initial testing and trial runs after installation.
• Verify that machines are operating safely and within the required parameters.
• Identify and report installation defects, unusual vibrations, leaks, electrical issues, or operational problems.
• Coordinate with equipment suppliers, electricians, plumbers, and service technicians during installation.
• Maintain installation and commissioning records.
• Ensure all machines are handed over in proper working condition before commencing production.
• Follow manufacturer guidelines and all applicable safety procedures during installation and commissioning.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
