Laundry Valet Attendant

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and coordinate laundry services for seamless operations.
• Ensure high-quality cleaning and maintenance of hotel rooms and public areas.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of laundry washing, ironing, and delivery.
• Provide support to the housekeeping team as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of laundry washing, ironing, and delivery procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
