Pest Control Center is a family-owned company serving the Sacramento region since 1986. We are hiring Lawn & Landscape Technicians to manage dedicated customer lists, deliver high-quality horticultural and landscape services, and grow revenue through strong customer relationships.

This role is ideal for technicians coming from landscape maintenance or lawn care companies. You will maintain and grow an assigned customer list by performing detailed services, identifying plant and landscape needs, and recommending additional or recurring services. Strong customer service and clear communication are essential. On-the-job training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain an assigned customer list
• Deliver scheduled lawn, landscape, and horticultural services in a detailed and efficient manner
• Conduct property inspections and recommend appropriate plant care, weed control, and landscape solutions
• Communicate findings, service plans, and recommendations clearly to customers
• Identify and close opportunities to grow the customer list and add additional services
• Communicate effectively with internal team members and external customers
• Maintain accurate records, equipment, and vehicle
• Meet daily service and growth expectations

Requirements

• Experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, or agricultural management
• Strong customer service skills (required)
• Detail-oriented and efficient when servicing properties
• Ability to communicate clearly with internal team members and customers
• Valid California driver’s license with a clean record
• Reliable, organized, and professional
• Physically able to lift up to 45 lbs and work outdoors in varied conditions
• Ability to manage time effectively across a daily route

This is a full-time, in-person position based in the Sacramento area. Candidates currently working in landscape maintenance or lawn care who want a strong customer-focused role with growth potential will be the strongest fits.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
