What You'll Do

As a Lawn Care Technician, you'll manage a daily route and help our customers achieve lawns they're proud of. You'll receive the training, equipment, and support you need to be successful.

Your day will include:

• Applying professional lawn care and fertilization treatments using modern equipment
• Traveling to residential and commercial properties throughout the Butler area
• Communicating with customers about their lawns and providing excellent service
• Working independently and managing your daily route
• Completing accurate service records
• Following application, equipment, and safety procedures
• Representing Custom Lawn Care with professionalism at every property

What We're Looking For

Experience isn't required. A strong work ethic is.

You may be a great fit if you:

• Enjoy working outdoors and staying physically active
• Are dependable and comfortable working independently
• Take pride in doing quality work
• Are comfortable communicating with customers
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet throughout the workday
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have a valid Pennsylvania driver's license and clean driving record
• Have reliable transportation to and from work
• Are at least 19 years old
• Can successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening, DOT physical, background check, and motor vehicle record check
