Lawn Maintenance Crew Driver / Laborer – Bilingual Required

Prestige Pro Lawn Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable, hardworking Lawn Maintenance Crew Driver/Laborer to join our team. This is a hands-on position responsible for safely transporting crew members and equipment to job sites while actively participating in daily lawn maintenance operations.

Responsibilities:

• Safely drive company trucks and trailers to and from job sites.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and securing equipment.
• Perform lawn maintenance duties, including mowing, edging, string trimming, hedge trimming, and blowing.
• Assist with landscape cleanups, pruning, weeding, and debris removal.
• Operate and maintain commercial lawn equipment.
• Communicate effectively with crew members and management in both English and Spanish.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain quality workmanship.

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Valid Florida driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Experience driving trucks with trailers preferred.
• Previous commercial lawn maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in Florida weather.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Compensation & Incentives:

Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday with overtime available as needed

Location: Eustis, FL and surrounding Lake County areas

Pay: Up to $825.00 per week
