Everything Outdoors is hiring a Lawn Maintenance Leadman to help oversee daily maintenance routes throughout the Tampa Bay area. This position is ideal for someone with lawn maintenance experience who can lead a small crew, maintain high-quality standards, and make sure each property is serviced the right way. The Leadman is responsible for keeping the crew organized, working efficiently, and representing Everything Outdoors professionally on every job site. Our leadman position goal is to train new hires to become self sufficent for a foreman role within the company with a seamless transition of EO standards and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the foreman leading a lawn maintenance crew on residential and commercial properties
• Perform mowing, edging, string trimming, blowing, pruning, weed control, and general landscape maintenance
• Ensure each property is completed to Everything Outdoors’ quality standards
• Communicate with managers about property issues, irrigation concerns, plant health, customer requests, or needed improvements
• Safely operate and maintain mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and other equipment
• Keep trucks, trailers, tools, and job sites clean and organized
• Train and guide crew members throughout the day
• Make sure routes are completed efficiently, safely, and professionally

Requirements:

• Previous lawn maintenance or landscaping experience required
• Ability to lead a crew and keep team members productive
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Valid driver’s license required
• Experience driving a truck and trailer preferred
• Positive attitude, reliability, and good communication skills

Schedule:
Full-time position with steady hours. Some longer days may be required depending on weather, route needs, and seasonal workload.
