Lawn Maintenance Technician

Overview

We are seeking a self driven, proactive and skilled Property Maintenance Technician and manager to join our dynamic team! This is an immediate hire.

In this vital role, you will be responsible for completing the daily property route, keeping equipment running smoothly, prevent downtime and support our commitment to a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment while tending to completing out tasks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced setting while contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Duties

• Be on time, clean and focused each day
• Safely operate vehicles, trailers, line trimmers, edgers, hedgers, lawn mowers (Z-turn) and blowers
• BE A TEAM PLAYER. Enjoy the day..

Skills

• Understand the dynamic process of tending to a property correctly and efficiently. (Ex. Deck heights, beveling, timings, obstacles etc.)
• Strong knowledge with experience in equipment operation and maintenance.
• Drive truck and trailer and arrive safely.

Pay

• Typically $16-18hr for good general skills and experience.
• Clean Driver License and strong leadership and skill set: $20-$23
• Pay is every two weeks/ hours done by phone app.
