Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Lawn Care Worker to join our dynamic landscaping team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces through a variety of lawn and landscape maintenance tasks. Responsibilities

• Mow lawns using power tools such as riding mowers, push mowers, and trimmers to ensure even and attractive turf.
• Perform landscape maintenance including planting, pruning, trimming trees, shrubs, and flowers to promote healthy growth.
• Use hand tools and power tools for tasks like edging, aerating, fertilizing, and weed control.
• Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, or installing sprinklers to ensure optimal watering schedules.
• Assist with hardscape projects such as installing pathways, patios, or retaining walls to enhance outdoor aesthetics.
• Conduct snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways safe and accessible.
• Support tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal with proper techniques and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Prior experience or knowledge of lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Mechanical knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and landscaping equipment is highly desirable.
• Ability to operate equipment such as excavators or other construction machinery is a plus.
• Strong understanding of horticulture principles and plant care practices.
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy objects safely.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for collaboration on projects.

Pay: $23.11 - $27.83 per hour
