Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in handling litigation related to motor accidents, consumables, and corporate law.
- LLB (3 year) degree from a recognized university or LLM (2 year) degree with specialization in Insurance Law.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Contract Act, Motor Vehicles Rules, Consumer Protection Act, etc.
