Lawyer

Adecco Romania is recruiting a Lawyer for its client, a dynamic and innovative company in the renewable energy sector, to join their team in Bucharest.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Corporate

✔️ Advise the company on legal rights, obligations and compliance with applicable laws

✔️ Represent the company before authorities

✔️ Draft legal agreements (Head of Terms, binding/non-binding offers, letters of intent, commercial agreements)

✔️ Advise on corporate governance

✔️ Support land and SPV acquisitions

✔️ Supervise and coordinate external law firms

✔️ Handle company incorporation and changes (address, shareholders, directors, etc.)

✔️ Liaise with the Trade Registry and Chamber of Commerce

Real Estate

✔️ Provide legal representation for buying, selling, and leasing (incl. superficies contracts)

✔️ Negotiate real estate deals in line with Romanian law

✔️ Conduct title searches and due diligence

✔️ Draft and review contracts (purchase, superficies, rental)

✔️ Support land use/zoning permits and approvals

✔️ Advise on environmental compliance related to real estate

✔️ Assess and mitigate transaction risks

✔️ Collaborate with insurance providers on Title Insurance Policies

👤 Candidate Profile

🎓 Bachelor's degree in Law (Master's is a plus)

⚖️ Strong knowledge of Romanian commercial legislation

🌱 Knowledge of energy/renewable energy legislation – a plus

🏢 Experience in real estate and commercial transactions

📋 Experience working with authorities (Trade Registry, Chamber of Commerce)

✍️ Strong drafting and contract review skills

🌍 Fluent English, written and spoken

🤝 Great communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

🎯 Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

✈️ Available to travel within Romania and abroad
