DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Partners and Senior Associates in conducting legal and factual research on assigned cases;
• Draft pleadings, contracts, and other legal documents;
• Interview and prepare witnesses for court proceedings;
• Litigate in court, present witnesses, and negotiate with opposing counsels;
• Assist in drafting and/or review of agreements, including suggesting necessary and/or useful revisions on draft agreements before consulting with Senior Associates; and
• Accomplish office forms and administrative requirements in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Member of good standing of the Philippine Bar;
• Graduate of any top Law Schools in the Philippines, preferably with background in commercial law and tax practice;
• Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills;
• Results oriented and can work with tight deadlines;
• Can actively work on the resolution of a legal issue/s with the engagement team;
• Organized and can pay close attention to details when reading legal documents;
• Able to work under minimal supervision; and
• Able to review contracts, conduct corporate housekeeping and draft pleadings and advisory opinions.

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
